I’m looking for 2 roommates to fill my 3 bed 2 bath apartment in SUNNYSIDE, QUEENS.

JULY 1st Move in

I’d prefer females or a couple

🧺 Laundromat is a few doors down.
🐶 No Pets (landlord’s rule 🙄)
🚭No smoking
🧽Dishwasher ✅
🛋️ The living space in the house is furnished so this is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture but I would also make room if you had your own.

🚊2 blocks away from the subway station (7 line, 52nd St. station)
-20 minutes to get to midtown or UES
-One subway stop from the LIRR
-We’d be sandwiched between Queens Blvd and Skillman avenue where there are plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, salons, yoga studios and more!

I occasionally like hosting dinner parties given the massive living space we’d have. It holds upto 25 people so if you’re into hosting and entertaining that would a plus.

The current roommates are a couple and have converted bedroom 2 to a study/office space. I’m open to having couples and a similar arrangement

Room 1: Fits a king sized bed
Room 2: Fits a queen sized bed and has a balcony attached to it.
