Unfurnished. Lots of light and space. We occupy the entire third floor of the building! (No elevator.) Very generous separate kitchen, living room, and dining room areas!

Less than a block to the 7, three blocks to M/R, 5 blocks to
7/E/F/M/R. Lots of great restaurant options in the area!

Lease renewal in February 2022, more flexibility with schedule offered with the right, matching personality.

Deposit is one month's rent. Shared utilities (usually works out to about $50-60 a month for utilities). Sorry, building does not permit smoking or pets.

Us: Two quiet and nerdy types, one male, one female. Ideally seeking the same type - quiet, laid-back, and nerdy, looking for around a 25-45 age range. (If you consider yourself a dominating, Type A Bossy Boss, it likely just won't be a match.)

Pluses: Vegetarian or vegetarian-friendly, focus on keeping common kitchen clean, gainfully employed.

No couples, no live-in significant others. We are seeking someone who is conscientious about shared living, and would not host frequent house guests.
