Moving out of this gorgeous room to head to BK to live with my best friend. I loved living here. It's very spacious. The neighborhood is great and you can get to the city in 12 minutes!

The bedroom is beautiful! Large enough to comfortably fit a Queen sized mattress and still have plenty of room. The large window collects tons of sunlight and you get a beautiful view of the city from this bedroom. Huge closet space and nice hardwood floors.

You?ll be sharing a bathroom with one male in his early 30s. He?s super friendly and keeps to himself. This is a sublet. You?ll be living with 2 males in their early 30s who are working professionals and tend to keep to themselves but enjoy the occasional conversation. No cigarettes allowed. There?s a black lab his name is Doc he?s my favorite and he?s the sweetest dog ever!

Your bedroom is located near the living room so you won?t be near the other 2 bedrooms that are located at the opposite end of the apartment. This is a 3 bed 2 bath. Rent is $800 per month not including utilities.

MOVE IN DATE IS FLEXIBLE! I will be out by October 4th so looking for someone to take over the sublease by Oct 5th. If you need more time that is okay. Must pay $800 security and first months rent totaling $1600 to move in.
