?Lease: The lease ends end of Marchand my roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to sign a lease with. Landlord is OK with month to month or 1 year lease.

?Room: Master bedroom. It' has private access to the huge balcony. Great for BBQ or sunbathing in the summer or general relaxing. The room is furnished. Has a big closet.

?Apartment: Third floor walk up, super easy walk. There is a TV, sofa in the living room, Kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen has another small balcony in the dining area and a DISHWASHER!

?Utilites: Rernt includes water. You'll split electric, internet, and gas with me.

? H mart across the street, Jolibee 5 min walk away, Fay Da, dollar store, pharmacies, etc all within 5 min walk.

?Roomthat's me! I am a female roommate who loves to cook and clean. I work at NYU Hospital to work normally. I hope to find a roommate who is clean and respectful. I like cooking, especially Korean and Taiwanese food. So If you live with me, you can often have delicious haha. And I have a puppy that is very clean and obedient and cute, so I also need to be a dog lover ~
