Third floor walk up, market, laundry and gym close by, less than 10 min walk from the 7 train on 61st stop(express stop to Manhattan plus LIRR). The room is unfurnished. We are quiet, hard working people, we clean after ourselves and ask the same of you. Smoking at the balcony only. Occasional guest is fine but we don't bring the party home.
