Large, Sunny Room in Woodside

The room for rent is located in a corner unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor building with an elevator. The bedroom is large, and privacy is maximized as the other bedroom is down a separate hallway on the other side of the apartment. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces, and are kept neat and clean. There is a washer and drier on each floor of the building, operated by a card that can be refilled on premise. I am looking for a professional female in her late 20's or 30's. I like to keep the apartment clean and inviting, and would like to find someone willing to share those responsibilities with me. I enjoy peace and quiet at home; I do most of my socializing outside of the apartment. It would be ideal to find someone with the same tendencies. I do have the occasional guest over, but I ensure that my roommate feels that their living space and routines are respected, first and foremost. I am a 2nd-grade teacher at a nearby public school, and I spend the majority of the week working, or involved in other activities such as dance.
