This apartment is very lovely and for a female who is looking for a safe, quiet and clean home.
YOUR ROOMMATES
Gianna : professional MUA. She?s very friendly and sweet. You will share a bathroom with her only. She mostly keeps to herself but is always down to chat and share a glass of wine sometimes. She?s tends to travel a lot so you really have the place to yourself. Our third roommate works full time and has her own bathroom in her bedroom and is a sweetheart. I barely see her because our schedules are opposite but she?s very nice!

It?s $835 flat. (aka you only pay that every month) utilities and everything are already included in your rent. Yay!
AREA
We are only 6 stops to Lexington 59th street. There is a CVS, laundromat, 7/11, food and stores just walks away. There?s an AMAZING Bodega right down our street that makes the best Latin American food! Also Steinway street is only two subway stops away! Great for shopping, getting the nails done and food :) I love this neighborhood and I love the location. It?s so quick to get to the city and it?s an area where everyone really is friendly, quiet and family oriented.
7 minute walk to the M, R trains
7 train and Long Island Railroad are a 15 minute walk. Great for going to Long Beach over the summer!
Again. We are super serious about finding the right female for this room. Rent must always be paid on time. We do Google Pay or cash only the day before or on the 1st. We really are looking for someone who is working, super considerate, clean, easy to get along with and doesn?t bring the party!
