I have a room that will be available after July 17th. It’s a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment located in the much sought after “Gardens” area of Sunnyside.
The apartment has been fully renovated and has a washer and dryer IN THE UNIT. Also, a big perk is the terrace with a grill. The room is furnished with a very comfortable full size bed, a dresser and a desk. It is sun filled with light and beautiful views of the gardens.
It’s a share with two professional guys (30’s/50’s(young!)! It’s a great share. Looking for a clean cut, friendly, and respectful guy. Straight, gay, bi, it does not matter. We are an openminded household where ones sexuality is not an issue. Must be comfortable with appropriate nudity. It’s not a nudist household but relaxed about it at times. House Rule: No Pointing and Laugjing! 😜This is not a sexual post.
The neighborhood is great and has all of the amenities. Easy commute into Manhattan on the 7 train. (46th Street/Bliss Street stop). CitiBike rack is right out front!
