Room in a 3 Bedroom, 2 full Bathroom apartment with a full kitchen with updated appliances, laundry and dryer, marble and wooden floors throughout the whole apartment. The main space is a very bright and spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen. The room has wooden floors and is furnished (or not), with a large closet for storage. The bathroom is shared with the roommate who takes up the 3rd room. The 7-line subway station 40 St Lowery St walking distance, 25 minutes to Grand Central.
