- NO general house chores, errands, maintenance, responsibilities or such. The only requirement is that every roommate to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen..

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house,
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Absolutely no exceptions,
- No pets,

ABOUT THE RENT & ETC:
- a) $1,125 / month for 3+ months stay OR
b) $1,225 / month for 2 months stay OR
c) $1,325 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- On month-to-month basis, with 30 days advance notice requirement when moving out,
- Full month rental required for the final month,
- Utilities (electricity & gas, wireless broadband, netflix) are NOT included and are split 4 ways each month.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
- "1" person only..,
- Drug &and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important),
- Neat & clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc),
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays,
