Living Room

We have a room available ASAP in a second floor three-unit building in quiet Sunnyside, Queens. We are looking for a roommate to share this space with in a great neighborhood. Proof of identification and income required; due to COVID, unemployment is acceptable! :)

A little bit about us: three working professionals (I?m a grad student as well); 2 females and 1 male (ages range from 25 to 31) and 1 hypoallergenic pup (a little 6-year-old Yorkie naked Yoshi who LOVES people). While we are all very quiet and mostly stay in our rooms, we also have great relationships with each other and enjoy socializing from time to time.

The room can fit a bed, night table, and dresser. Eastern light throughout the morning. Cedar-lined closet to keep sweaters safe and bugs out. Our apartment is extremely clean and is free of pests.

I?ve lived in the space for three years and have a great relationship with the landlords (off-site). We have a shared patio space and two sets of neighbors (bottom floor and basement) who have also lived here for several years. There is also a shared entry way to hold abuela carts for laundry and groceries.

It's a 10 minute walk to the 7 train and a two minute walk to the B24 (Williamsburg and Greenpoint) and Q67 (Long Island City). Very quiet neighborhood with several affordable grocery spots and multiple places to do laundry. Access to great local restaurants, businesses, two gyms, and yoga studio within walking distance.
