One bedroom available in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Sunnyside, Queens. It is 1 block away from the 46th Bliss Street station (7 train), 20 minutes to Midtown. Third-floor walk up (it's not that bad). Spacious living room and kitchen. No laundry in building, but there are plenty of laundromats nearby. Good sized closet in the bedroom. Furnished option can come with an AC, full bed, bedframe has storage underneath, shelves, desk, and chair (option as unfurnished also works). The room has great natural light.

Roommates are two female professionals in their late 20s. We do enjoy hosting dinner nights or game nights once in a while. Other days, we are at home to relax.
We are looking for a female roommate in their mid-late 20s, courteous, and clean. Sorry, no pets. No smoking in the apartment.

Rent is $866 and utilities are roughly $40-60. Flexible move-in date, ideally Sept 1st. First month and security deposit.

I'm moving in with my fiance a couple of blocks away (still in Sunnyside - I just love the neighborhood). Within a 5-minute walk you have Mediterranean, Thai, Italian, Peruvian, Korean, Japanese, Turkish restaurants. Bars, coffee shops, and cute brunch spots. Plenty of supermarkets and specialty groceries. Rite Aid and Duane Reade within 2 blocks. Farmer's market on Saturday at Skillman Avenue.
