- Private Bedroom for rent is about 8' x 10' and will be partially furnished (has the bed and the mattress)
- Comfortably fits a TWIN bed (41" x 80" ) only, small desk, and has a built-in closet
- Shared bathroom and kitchen
- Hot water and heat included in rent
You must pay shared electricity + gas + internet depends on bills
- " Month to month " Rental Agreement rules
- For long periods preferably
- No broker fees
- No living room

About Roommates :
-- married couple (both professional RN's) + 1 girl
- We live in a happy and friendly environment
- Cooking often but the apartment is typically quite
- Respectful of each other and don't like to bring the party home
- we like the house clean and we use a cleaning schedule

About you:
- Professional or student
- Good communication skills and friendly
- No drama, reliable and clean female in her late 20's/ early 35's preferably
- Good recommendation from the job, school or last rent, proof of income, credit history MAY be required or not
- First month + deposit required to move-in (730 $+ 730$)
- Non-drug user, no criminal records ( maybe we will run a background check )
- No guest accepted overnight in the house or live-in partners
- No pets
