Seeking short-term (1-3 months) student or professional roommate to share my 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Art Deco apartment.

I'm a super clean and quiet gay professional with standard business hours and live with my smart and charming 3.5-year-old son. I have a degrees in marketing and journalism and currently work near Wall Street in nonprofit management. I've traveled to 36 countries.

Your bedroom has a comfy full-sized bed, night table, loveseat sofa, and a closet. Optional desk. The room is quiet, bright and has two windows.

We would share a chef's kitchen and the bathroom only when I shower. (I have a half bathroom in my bedroom.)

The apartment is a 2-minute walk to the 7 train (40th Street Station) and 15 minutes to Grand Central or 20 to Times Square or Flushing.

The neighborhood is safe and has a 24-hour full grocery store, CVS and Rite Aid, along with Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks, dozens of restaurants, banks, shops, etc.
