Bedroom available in beautiful 3 bedroom apartment

Two professional females looking for a 3rd female to rent the third bedroom in our three bedroom apartment! The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three floor apartment building. There are three large bedrooms with large closets, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, balcony and brand new hardwood floors. Located on the border of Woodside and Sunnyside, Queens in a quiet neighborhood. Two minute walk to 7 train and 10 minute walk to the Woodside LIRR station. Laundry not in the building, but there is a laundromat a few doors down. Rent is $833 a month, hot water/ heat not included, but never more than $100 per person a month. The landlord and his family live upstairs and are always there if we need something. No pets are allowed!

We are looking for someone who is polite, friendly and respects the living space. We want to feel comfortable in our own home, so we ask for someone who isn't into partying or bringing the party home. We enjoy our privacy, but would love to share meals/conversations during the week and on weekends!
