I am moving out of my current apartment and looking for a new tenant to replace me for the remaining 3 months of the lease. There is potential to renew this lease starting on November 1st if you would like!

This is a 3rd floor walk-up apartment. My room is a pretty decent size, I fit a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, cabinet, and a bunch of my guitars and equipment. Otherwise, our apartment shares a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
