- $1,075 / month for 3+ months stay - $1,1150 / month for 2 months stay - $1,225 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- Utilities (electricity, wireless broadband, Netflix) are NOT included and are split 3 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity and gas usage.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
- "1" person only (no couples in 1 room)
- Non-smoker!!!!!
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc)
- Respectful of his/her environments,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Drug and drama-free,
- Has no or minimum furniture
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays.
