Room for rent in Queens

I am a working individual looking for a roommate. It is a 3 bedroom apartment that I currently share with 2 friends. One of them is moving out and I need someone to rent that room to.

All utilities are included, gas, heat, light, water, etc. Free Internet and air conditioner.

You will be sharing the bathroom with a male and the rest of the apartment (i. e. kitchen and living room/dining area) with a female and a male. All we ask is that you keep the area clean. There is also a dishwasher. Laundry mat is around the corner. Less than a 10 minute walk.

Your room is big enough to hold a queen sized bed, dresser and chest of drawers comfortably. There is also a closet.

First month's rent and security deposit is needed by the end of December to move in. Move in is available starting January 1st.

Your roommates
One male and a one female. Both work overnights and some weekends. We would prefer someone who is also working. No pets since the male is allergic to them. No gender preference, just be mindful that you will be sharing the bathroom with a male. Both of us are from the Caribbean, one from Jamaica and one from Grenada.
