I am a super busy mother of an 8 year old. I work two jobs and attend grad school so my son isn't in the home during the week and I am only home evenings and leave out early morning.
The room is a decent size. It has two windows and a closet. You'll have a bathroom to yourself though it's not in the room. There is also a large flat screen tv mounted in the room.
We would share the dining room, living room and kitchen. I prefer to have that space to myself between 6:30-8:30 to do my work and prep meals.
The landlord does live on the premises. She doesn't allow any smoking in the house. She is pretty reasonable able everything else and is hardly here.
