What's up room hunters?!

This room is unoccupied clean and spacious, so we're looking for a cooperative, kind, relaxed, RESPONSIBLE, CLEAN FEMALE to rent the space (after interviews/references of course), starting from August 1, 2020. Current photos taken on 7/15/2020.

All utilities included. Bathroom's, Living room and Kitchen are shared. No smoking and no pets allowed.

About the room:

A fully furnished master bedroom with two lovely window's. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, drawer, and television. There are two closets in the room, both with a shelves and garment holders. One of the closets have a full body mirror! The furnished is ideal for someone who doesn't have furniture and wants something clean sturdy, and functional.

The location:

The house/room is located on a quiet Queen's family oriented street/neighborhood, the usual going on's with children and families milling about (and the room advertised here does face the street, and it's quiet during evenings). It's about a 5 minute walk to major bus lines the 7, 9 and 10.
These bus stops take you to major transit hubs in Queens, the A/C/E/F trains Rockaway Blvd, Union Turnpike or Sutphin Blvd. It's also near to Jamaica avenue, which has tons of grocery stores, shopping stores, and restaurants. Local Parks are about a 10 minute walk.

A little bit about your (potential) roommates:

We're relaxed, friendly working professionals, good friends. A male in database/sales, tech, and e-commerce fields. A woman entrepreneur, in organizing, life coaching, event planning and liquidation sales. A hard working professional telecommunications manager, and rising!

Were in our 30's and 40's, we like to come back to a peaceful home after a day's hard work. You can find us spending our free time either reading, studying Spanish, or practicing Brazilian Jujitsu.

We're peaceful quiet people who greet each other in the hallway and respect each other's space, and comfortable with communicating issues collaboratively in person. We all have thriving lives outside of the home. If your interested, please reach out! Hope to hear from you, good luck!!!
