We’re looking for a third roommate to join our calm, clean, friendly home for a one-year lease beginning August 1, 2026.

The Apartment:
The available room is a private bedroom with its own full bathroom. We are in a second-floor walk-up apartment with central air/heating, a shared kitchen, and a bright common area with a skylight. There’s also optional in-building laundry located in the basement that is available for a fee.

- Rent: $1333/month
- Lease Term: August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
- Utilities: Shared electric, gas, and internet

The Neighborhood - Ridgewood / Bushwick:
- Walking distance of L and M trains
- Walking distance of several B and Q buses
- Walking distance of grocery stores (e. g. Food Bazaar, City Fresh, etc.)
- Walking distance of a lot of restaurants and coffee shops

About Us:
You’d be living with myself (Cookie) and Roy. We’re both working professionals with busy lives. We keep a generally quiet, low-key home — especially after 10:00pm. We tend to socialize outside of the home, rather than bringing guests over. We’re friendly to chat with, but also respect each other’s space and are mindful of sharing the common areas.

- Generally quiet (esp. after 10:00 pm)
