Our former roomie had to pick up and leave for an emergency and we're looking for someone to sign on a new lease with. The room is $1,195 Approx 144sq ft. and it is the bigger and brighter room with its own half bathroom outside. We share a living room and has a couch/futon and a TV ,but we barely use it. The apartment has central heating and cooling and we split WiFi and light/gas (if you're chill enough you might get the Disney Plus login).
There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, with the M and L train nearby. In the apartment is myself and another male one of which works in healthcare, remote and in office, and the other is an engineer. We are seeking professional, mature , responsible and respectful individuals only, with steady income and good credit score.
PLEASE BE VACCINATED
Dogs are okay, but they may deny larger breeds. Cats are no problem. While we don't have a problem with marijuana, the management requires that there are NO SMOKING at all in the building.
