Cozy and Private Room in the Heart of Ridgewood

We have a medium-size room available starting November 1st in our amazing clean and tidy Ridgewood apartment and we are currently looking for the right person to join :)

The Apartment:
It is a four-bedroom apartment that is already furnished, but feel free to add your own touch! The apartment is on the third floor.

The Shared Kitchen:
It has exposed bricks, two windows that provide a lot of natural sunlight, a ton of cabinet space, a dining set, and a brand new oven. There is a lot of counter top space so you can easily prepare your meals.

The Shared Living Room:
It has two windows that also provide a lot of natural sunlight during the day.

The Roommates:
Three females currently living in the apartment. All are working professionals. Very friendly, clean, and easy-going. Like to maintain a healthy and friendly home environment.

Your Room:
It is the last room of the hallway and gets a ton of sunlight due to its position in the apartment- your plants will thrive! :) It is large enough to fit in full sized bed (as seen in photos), closet, desk, etc.!

Rent- $790/mo.
Utilities- about $30-$40 per month per person.

Rent is paid month to month, with a one-month security deposit ($790) due upon move-in.

The spot is a 5-minute walk from the M line subway stop (Forest Avenue) and a 15-minute walk from the L line subway stop (Myrtle-Wyckoff). Takes about 30 minutes to get to the LES with the subway.

In the heart of many amazing spots. Each spot listed below is less than 5 minutes away.
The Acre is on the corner of the block. Porcelain, Norma's, Sundown Bar, Plein Air, Foret, and OPC (Other People's Clothing) are on the other side of the block. Rolo's is a block away. One of the nearby grocery stores has amazing and fresh fruits and vegetables from a local farm.

It is important that we find a roommate who will work with other roommates to keep the apartment clean and free of clutter.
