Three Bedroom Avl. in 4 Bed Room Apartment

Hey everyone!

We have an entire 3 bedroom apartment for rent in Ridgewood. It has an attached basement where my boyfriend and I live with our dog. We have our own bathroom, so we only really come upstairs to cook, eat, and take the dog out.

It’s located just steps from Forest Ave M and 10 minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff.

The first room is $900 + utilities. The room has two large windows that look out onto the street.

The second is slightly smaller middle room. It’s located right after the closet in the hallway. The room is $875 and has one large window. One wall is brick with a baseboard rail. Perfect for putting small things on. The closet is very tall and surprising big. Previous tenants liked this room because it never gets direct light and is the quietest.

The third and final room, is located in the back. It overlooks a courtyard and back area. This is probably the largest room and goes for $950. Two massive windows being in plenty of natural light. Accompanied by the largest closet in the apartment.

We are really easy going. Usually keep to ourselves but happy to chat or play some board games. We are looking for people who are easy going, neat and clean. We don’t mind anything else really, and are cool with smoking and whatnot.

The common areas are as pictured below. It’s been decorated differently over the years. The one constant is the kitchen table (ours) but we are happy to remove it the upstairs roommates wanna put a couch or something!! Everything along the walls will be gone. The includes everything in the hallway, the stuff nearest the front door (see video, show rack and stuff), and the cat tower. The only stuff that will remain in the common areas is the kitchen table and the cooking supplies along the kitchen wall. Almost everything will be removed from the kitchen shelving as well. We only use the ones above and to the side of the fridge. So plenty of room for your pots, plates and whatnot! The fridge has 4 shelf’s, so each roomate gets their own.

Utilities are usually around $90-$120 per roommate each month. That includes electric, gas and internet (Verizon Fios 1GB/1GB) that are split amongst us, usually five ways. Water is included. We also have central heating and air, so that’s why the bills can be someone high (the electric goes up on heavy usage). We do the utilities at the 15th of each month to help out with rent being on the 1st. If someone ever needs more time, it’s never an issue, we just ask for a heads up!

Also, if you’re interested the apartment unit has two treadmills and some free weights in the basement. Behind them are a H/E wash and dryer (one of each)

The landlord is looking for tenants who can show proof of reliable income and decent credit. They are super nice and can usually work with whatever your credit is as long as you can show employment and bank statements.
