Newly renovated, quiet home in Ridgewood/Bushwick

I moved into this apartment last May during quarantine. My roommates (one who is leaving) have lived here for many years. There was a renovation a couple years ago, and the apartment feels nice and new. We have very high ceilings and shiny hardwood floors. I really like being on the first floor, it made my move easy and is handy for receiving deliveries, taking out garbage, carrying groceries etc. One of my favorite things is that each of our rooms has huge closets.
The room has 3 big windows so it gets good lighting, like the rest of the apartment. We can have it unfurnished for you, or we can leave the full-sized loft bed. There is so much closet space you don’t really need a dresser.
Right now we are working from home. I’m an artist and the other roommate works at an office is is WFH right now. A good fit for us would be a low-key, respectful person who isn’t a big partier, so we can all work and live peacefully through covid and beyond. It’s been a great year here and I want to stay a long time.
Our living room has a projector set up, and I moved a piano keyboard and sewing machine station there. We are trying to use the space more often. My cat hangs out there to watch the birds outside, and she loves people will probably try to befriend you and sit with/on you quickly.
We are friendly but also give each other space and privacy, especially since we are all home all the time. So if you want to keep completely to yourself that’s fine, but we can be good company too.
We are a short walk from the Dekalb L station and the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M. Getting to union station in Manhattan takes 20 mins, plus the 5 min walk to the L train. It’s a safe neighborhood with lots of families, and feels safe when walking home late at night. Lots of food and grocery stores nearby, and close to the Bushwick art scene.
Heating and internet is extra and changes monthly but I would say it’s an average of $50/month.
