Looking for a 4th roommate to fill our home!

My name is Sarah and I share one of the three bedrooms here with my boyfriend Devon. We're both actors, writers, and artists. We have a cat named Zack who is 13 years old, super loving and playful. Our roommate Anna is a photographer with a sweet, small cat named Pepper. who free roams in the common space and Anna's room. She's well behaved, but she doesn't have to come into the room if you don't want her to! Both cats litter boxes are in our own rooms, the only thing that we keep in the common space are a few of their toys. We all love to cook, bake, and spend time watching movies. We are looking for a 4th roommate to fill the third bedroom (unfurnished), this person would be sharing a full bathroom with Anna, and have access to the kitchen and living room space. The bedroom has three windows, a closet with lots of storage, overhead lighting, and an individual wall AC unit.

We have a fully furnished living room with a couch, TV, and bookshelf. Central AC, gas stove, Washer/Dryer in unit, roof access, pantry storage in kitchen, water/gas/wifi included in rent. The only utility we pay separate is the ConEd each month.

We are hoping for a quiet, kind human to join our group! We're all pretty chill and enjoy spending time together and apart in our own spaces.'

Rent is $937.50 monthly, and we are looking for a 5/1/21 move in date. We will be in this apartment until end of April 2022 and we are hoping for someone to sublet for either the full year or six months minimum.
