Hello my name is Keywanna I?m renting out a room in my apartment. Credit check yes minimum requirement 650 as long as you have no past evictions, school debt and small debt landlord will work with you.
Utilities are split amongst everyone roughly 60 a month water is free.
We are very CLEAN and we preferred it if you were too. Clean up after yourself and keep everything sanitize. We all get along and we?re big on communication so if you ever have an issue please feel free to let any one of us know.
It?s a basement but that?s taken by one of the roommates he stays to his self. He has a full bath and living room down stairs so he only shares the kitchen with us. Upstairs is the 3 rooms 2 are occupied the front room is the one available.
The room is queen size, can fit a king, has a pretty small closet but a great space for wall storage and the room can fit at least 2 dressers. The room is near the front door and bathroom across the hall are the other two rooms and the kitchen meets in the middle. The room has huge windows which brings in Great sunlight ????and has high ceilings. The area is great multiple bars, parks, transportation, laundromats, and grocery stores. Landlord is very responsive and flexible just be honest with everything he?s sure to work with you.?
For now i am doing virtual showings of the apartment if it?s something you?re interested in we can set up a schedule to view the property.
