-has its own heat/air conditioning appliance
-can fit up to a queen size bed, dresser, and night stand with room to spare
-located towards the back of the apartment so lots of sunlight, and no street noise

About the apartment:
-Laundry in unit, dishwasher, and lots of storage in the kitchen area
-Heating/air conditioning appliance in every room
-Only have to share the bathroom with one other person

About the roommates:
-3 females in their mid 20s and early 30s
-Rooms of the flight attendant and another working for a non-profit are located on one side of the apartment. They share a bathroom
-Room available is right next door to other roommate who works in the fashion industry. You will be sharing the bathroom with this roommate
-All are chill roommates who are are friendly, but also keep to themselves.
-They are looking for roommates who are clean, chill, and mature. As expected, to also be able to pay for rent and utilities.

You will have to complete an application for the landlord, which will be requesting your credit score, employment information with recent pay stubs, bank statements, recent W2s, and basic information. Guarantors are accepted!
