Furn Bushwick/Ridgewood Apt by M/L. June rent free

I moved in with my gf and am looking for someone to take over my lease. One bedroom available in a 4 bedroom renovated apartment. Looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on 12/31/20 or longer. I'll pay for the rent for June.

The room is "Bedroom 4" in the floor plan. Also note that "Bedroom 5" in the floor plan was torn down in renovations and that space is part of the kitchen/living room with two big windows facing the courtyard.

The apartment is rented through Bungalow. The rent is $500 including cleaning, utilities, and internet. They're have an app and website to handle payments, requests, etc. They also host free events to meet other Bungalow residents in the city (wine tasting, holiday party, etc)

The bedroom has a closet. The window faces the back courtyard so it's quiet from street traffic. My setup fits a Queen size bed and a drawer. It could fit a desk with a small size bed. It could come furnished with a queen size bed, bedding, curtain, and drawers.

The kitchen has a microwave, electric stove, cutlery, plates, dishwasher. Everything was brand new when I moved into the space in Nov. 2019.

There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a standing shower. The bathrooms were also all brand new and renovated when I moved into the space in Nov. 2019.

About the roomates:
All three roommates are working professionals: 1 male in 40s working in pharmacy tech, 1 female in 20s working in hospitality, 1 male in 20s working in government.
