It?s on the 2nd floor of a small stand-alone building with only one other unit downstairs. There?s a fenced-in patio area in the front with seating and lots of plants and another outdoor area in the back. Windows on 3 sides of the unit.

Ceiling fans in each room. Large shared open layout apartment with separate living room, kitchen, and eating nook and Fios internet. It?s really open and big when you walk in.

The room available is 8.5x12 with a closet and is separate from the other two bedrooms.

Short walk to the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M station and super close to a ton of cafes, bars, Food Bazaar and an organic grocery store, Billy?s Marketplace.

Our ideal roommate will have a regular full time job outside of the home. They?re considerate and clean, lgbtq friendly. No couples.

Rent is $1000/month plus utilities and ? of a bi-weekly or monthly cleaner fee.

Levi (he/him) is a freelance photographer who has lived in this apartment for years. He likes to play chess, ride his bike and skateboards.

Leah (they/them) is a barber and filmmaker who also loves to ride their bike, bake (and share!), go dancing, and they see a ton of live music.

Jesse is a 13-year-old sweet Russian Blue cat who sleeps most of the day and keeps mice away (we've literally never had a rodent in the house) Sorry, no more pets.

We hang out and chat sometimes but respect each others? privacy and are generally pretty chill. Seeking same. No cigarette smoking in the apt,
