Modern room in a 3 bed/2bath apt in Ridgewood

Living Room

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building is very modern and clean. My roommate was the first tenant to live in the apartment so everything is brand new- modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. It?s a railroad style apartment so it?s really long which means the rooms are spread out (no one shares a wall!). The available room has a window overlooking the back area, a large closet with a shelf and a separate overhead storage compartment above (there?s lots of room in there). It can easily fit a queen sized bed. The apartment comes with included WiFi, a dishwasher, laundry in basement (sooo nice!), a recreational room with tv/couch/workout equipment/treadmills etc and nice rooftop views. There are 6 apartments total in the building so it?s not too crowded and honestly everyone is super respectful and quiet. We?ve never had an issue with our neighbors. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street with a grocery store directly across from us. We are about a 3 minute walk to the M train and just under 10 minutes walk to the L train. If you have a car, Street parking is definitely manageable (I have a car and I?ve never had a problem).

So about us...we are two girls in our late 20?s. We?re both very chill and easy going. We like to hang out when we?re not working and would love to have a roommate who wants to do the same but we?re also fine if you want to keep to yourself more. We like to keep the place clean, especially the shared spaces, but we?re not obsessive about anything. My roommate Carole has a small non-shedding dog who is super easy going. You honestly won?t even notice she?s there most of the time as she?s usually either at work with Carole or hanging out in her bedroom.
