Looking for Neat, Friendly, Ridgewood Roommate

Hello! I am looking for a friendly, neat, employed roommate to share a three-bedroom apartment with me and one other female in Ridgewood, Queens, beginning January 1st.

The apartment is located in a family-centric neighborhood just off of Myrtle Avenue, where you?ll find a number of shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, and bars. There are several grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance, a laundromat directly across the street, and a post office just a few blocks away. The apartment is a mere 6 min walk from the Halsey L station, an 8 min walk from the Forest M station, and a 12min walk from the L/M Myrtle Wyckoff station.

The available room is shown in the photo above. There is a twin bed frame and mattress (shown in pictures) in the room, but they can be removed if you have your own bed. There is also a closet located just outside the bedroom door (also pictured) that would be yours to use.

This is a partial railroad-style apartment, so there is a neighboring bedroom, but it has its own private entrance/exit.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen.

The rent is $625, due on the 1st of every month. First month?s rent and security are due up-front. The security deposit is $650.

Utilities include gas, electric, and internet, which are not included in rent and are due around the 15th of every month. They usually come to around $60 per person.

The lease is month-to-month, but I am only interested in those who can commit to staying at least a year.

A little about me:

I work full-time in the book industry and do some ocassional freelance work on the side. I usually have two weekdays off, when I do the bulk of my cooking/errands around the house. It is rare that I have guests over, but I always give notice in advance when I do.

The other roommate is also a female in her late 20s and works full-time in the service industry. We mostly keep to our own rooms when home, but we're both warm, laid back people and are always up for a friendly chat when our paths cross!
