Gorgeous sunny master bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance right on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border. The apartment has a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and rooms at either end for privacy. Must be willing to sign lease in October.

Since our roommate moved to Germany, the room has the option of coming fully furnished! There is currently a full sized bed (with mattress/pillows), a desk, small dining table, coffee table, bookshelf, and clothing rack. You will also have your own silverware, cooking utensils, cups, plates, pots/pans, etc. to use.

Beautiful exposed brick walls in the parlor - Modern finishes throughout - Kitchen with ample storage and stainless steel appliances (yep, a dishwasher!). The space is filled with a beautiful collection of artwork and plants. The neighborhood is a few blocks from great restaurants, colorful street art, hip boutiques, countless bars, fancy bodegas, grocery stores, parks, a laundromat across the street, and is a super quick car ride home being near the BQE. Apartment was gut renovated in 2015 and we've been here since.

You'd be sharing the apartment with a chill couple from originally from upstate NY and a lovely cat named Winston. I work in tech and he's a photographer. We're both into street art, traveling, and blogging about our adventures. We work during the day and like a quite relaxed atmosphere at night.

We're looking for a friendly roommate who will share our space and keep it awesome. You are employed, drama free, you don't bring the party home, you don't mind a really friendly cat (but don't have one yourself), you don't do hard drugs or smoke cigarettes, work a similar 9-5ish schedule (not from home) and are quiet in the evening and morning.
