The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the Dekalb L and a 10 minute walk to the Seneca M. It's located on a calm, quiet block of the neighborhood while still being in close proximity to local bars and restaurants. The grocery is one block away(!). The bathroom and living space is shared, and utilities are $60-$85, with cost of common goods like coffee and cleaning supplies shared as well.

We are two mid 20s guys with full time work schedules and creative aspirations(music, design) looking for someone with same pursuits and schedule. We both work long hours and are out of the house a fair amount besides, so our home is primarily a place to unwind and recharge. Non-smoking, pets prohibited.

1 year lease beginning June 4, one month rent and security deposit to move in. Rent will be pro-rated for first month.
