Room Available Rego Park/Forest Hills Area

I have available room (starting March or April 1st) in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Rego Park, Queen. The lease expires in October but there's definitely an opportunity to sign it with me for another year or you can take over when it expires. My current roommate is in a place where she can get her own apartment so we are looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in the Apt. Most of the furniture in her room will be gone. There is a bookcase and sofa that is also for sale so the space will definitely be open for decorating! Also, if you're interested in my room which would be cheaper/rent is negotiable let me know. My roomiematch profile is also at the end of the email and I've attached pictures of the apartment. Pet friendly here as well.

Room:

Spacious master bedroom in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with hardwood floors. There is an elevator, laundry, onsite, and a parking garage. The room will be unfurnished at the time of move in. The apartment is available March 1st and the move in requirements are first month's rent and security deposit ($1250+$1250=$2500). Utilities (gas, electricity, and internet ~$50-$80per month. For some reason I accidently selected a lower range that what I'm looking for but the rent is also negotiable. If you're not interested in the master bedroom, I can rent my current room ( bed with blue sheets) for $1235 per month and I'd move into the master bedroom.

About me:
I’m a latino gay guy in my early 30's. I've lived in the city for about 10 years but originally grew up in Florida. I work in public health and have been working remotely during the pandemic and very conscious/cautious about COVID. I maintain a cleaning routine and like to keep the shared spaces tidy. I’m friendly and happy to socialize while respecting your personal space as well.
Neighborhood:

The apartment is an awesome neighborhood, a 2-minute walk to the subway station (M, R), and a 20 subway minute ride from Manhattan. Another perk is that the Rego Park mall (Costco/Ikea) is around a 7-minute walk from the building. Trader Joe’s is nearby as well. There also are grocery stores near by and plenty of restaurants to satisfy your takeout desires. Laguardia airport is about 20 minutes away and Jackson Heights/Forest Hills are super close
