Looking for a roommate who will be conscientious about paying the rent and his/her share of utilities on time and helping out with the cleaning. The building is NOT a new one; it's 60 years old; and the bathroom and the kitchen have to be kept up with to be clean. (If you just keep in mind that this isn't a hotel, and I'm the roommate, not the maid, we'll be fine!) I also keep to myself a lot so I won't bother you. As for having overnight guests, we would both have to agree on it beforehand out of respect for each other. If you have a dog, that's OK as long as it's not a pit bull, a rottweiler, or a doberman.
