Roomates
There are two females currently in living in the house. We are working professionals in our early to late 30's and get along pretty well. We are an organized, respectful, and extremely easy-going and friendly bunch. We don't bring the party back and tend to keep to ourselves but don't mind hanging out and catching up over some beer.

What we're looking for
~Another roommate (preferably female) that's easy going, respectful, and clean. We like to keep the place tidy and pest free so somebody that cleans up after him/herself is a must.
~A working professional (with regular working hours preferably).
~Somebody that prefers not to cook huge meals every night (small meals are fine).
~Somebody that is eco-friendly - the gas/electric/water bills have been pretty consistent and we would prefer to keep it that way; and knows the difference between a recycle and trash bin.
~Non-smoker.

Requirements to move-in
W2 or proof of employment
Background Check ($~30 fee)
1st month rent and security deposit (one month).
