Looking for roommate in Oakland Gardens

My sister and I are looking for someone very organized, neat and friendly. We each have a dog and love them more than anything else. As we are two women, we don't want anyone just coming over. We are looking for someone who is focused on their work/schooling and doesn't look to make too much noise. As we would share our space together it would be nice to have someone who we can get along and communicate with. The worst thing is to feel trapped in your house with someone with whom you cannot even have a conversation with. Also, the heat and AC is electric so the Con Edison bill is separate from the rent and there is also a charge of $15/month for internet. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
