Room has enough space for queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and plenty of space for yoga or other furniture. Five ft. window where sun rises - very bright room. Apt. is comfy, w/ LR, DR, DW. Street parking, laundry, Chinese, pizza, deli, grocery, drug stores all around the corner. Near Queens Center Mall (Macy's, JCPenny, H&M, etc), Target, Rego Park mall (BBB, Old Navy, TJX, Marshall's, Costco, Burlington). Beautiful park nearby. Honest landlord.
Middle Village borders Rego Park and is a nice, residential, quiet, safe, neighborhood. Trees, houses, neighbors with names who stop on the sidewalk and talk to you.
Either 11 min. walk to subway or bus 1 block away. 2 other bus lines nearby make it easy to go anywhere. Express busses to Manhattan Mon-Fri.
We are 2 middle aged F who are done with our party days but are still active. Privacy is important to us. Our ideal roommate is chill, loves quiet, esp. at night. Must be mature, honest, easy going, and can handle living with progressive Trump haters. Must be a good person who realizes that talking is better than drama, knows most things aren't worth fighting over, and doesn't have overnight guests frequently. We want someone who wants her place to have a good vibration, and is a safe sanctuary-ish place to get away from the world.
