Hi! I'm stuck in Australia while my visa is being held up in bureaucracy for a few months so
I'm looking for a sublet for my LIC apartment. Location is amazing, right on the Queensboro plaza/Queens plaza station which is only 1 stop from Manhattan. Loads of great restaurants and shops around too. Room is semi-furnished
with a full sized bed, bedside table, and TV. It's technically a flex room but the wall/French door is very solid and you'll have a balcony attached to your room! You'd be sharing with a wonderful young professional, Lori. She works from home 3 days out of the week. The building has a bunch of facilities including a shared workspace, library, gym, outdoor BBQ area,
yoga/dance studio, mpvoe room, laundry room etc.
Rent is $1730 not inc bills, available from Jul 1 until the end of the year. Security Deposit is $1730 which is just to cover rent if you leave without notice so we can also use it as your final months rent :)
