Looking for a roommate to take over a 12-month leasing, starting December 1st. My current roommate is moving out and I would love to keep the apartment.

Your portion of the rent is $1500 a month (+ utilities, which rarely goes above $50 a person). I will pay a larger portion of the rent since I’ll have the actual bedroom.

About the apartment/room:
-1 bedroom flex with large living room. Your bedroom would be the flex (pictured) – the bed in the picture is a full, but can probably fit a queen as well.
-No closet, but the closet in the larger living space would be all yours. But does come with shelving, which is great for clothes!
-Dishwasher in unit
-Great views of the water; the apartment building is located right along on the river

About me:
I’m a 30 year old female and work in the Advertising industry. I’m currently working from home, but try and go into the office 2-3 times a week. I like to keep the living space clean and I’m fairly quiet, but love to go out on the weekends with my friends. I’m respectful of the shared space since your bedroom is a flex, so will take meetings in my bedroom, etc. Looking for someone similar, but also loves to have a good night in with their roommate! Open to both females and males.
