Master bedroom available in Ultra luxury apartment

Sadly, my roommates are leaving and I am looking for someone who will take over the lease.
One master bedroom with a private bathroom + walk-in closet.

I prefer professional employed or self-employed with sufficient financial documents (general 40 times rule of 74k) but students are also considered. (just avoid guarantor fees but if you have a guarantor, also great).

I cook every day so if you are okay with it, that'll be the most important thing. I clean the kitchen well after using it and do a deeper cleaning about once a week. The good news is I live in the living room so you won't be affected!

If you take off your shoes inside of the apartment, it'd be great! easier to clean and keep sanitize our house.

We flex the living room and I live there. (see the photo) so there won't be a shared living room.

We have a fully opened gym with both indoor and outdoor pools, BBQ grills, three rooftops. (monthly membership $99 not included in the rent - optional).

We have a gourmet food court in front of our building, a coffee shop downstairs and two large supermarkets within a few min walking distance. And Trader Joe's has just opened!

the rent is stabilized for lease renewal and water and gas bills are included. Electricity bills are $20 - $40. Internet bill is about $40 per month for all and you can use it everywhere in this apartment complex(even in the courtyard).

You are welcome to visit and see the place. Unfortunately, the master bedroom cannot be viewed as the current roommate has been outside of the US. But the room has not been used at all as she lived with her boyfriend. She will be back on August 24th and surely you can see the room with her presence and make sure if the room has no damage etc before paying for the deposit if you like. (although the room condition should be almost new).

Note: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in our apartment complex so please do not apply if you are a smoker.

I am chilly, clean, friendly, and not a party animal but love to hang out if you want! But we respect privacy and want to keep the peace!

Note: this is one year lease that you need to submit an application with the following documents. (otherwise, have a guarantor or use guarantor service -and in this case, please message me so I will discuss.).

If you are employed:
- ID
- Employment letter
- two recent pay stubs
- Employment offer letter
- A most recent copy of the full bank statement for asset accounts

If you are self-employed:
-ID
- Proof of self-employment.
- A most recent copy of the full statement for all asset accounts.
- First Two (2) pages of Two (2) most recent tax returns

The required financial proof is a month's rent x 40 annual income. + application fee $20.

+ deposit (refundable but you need to pay when you make a lease contract).
