This share option is for a large portion of the 2nd floor in a three story walk-up of which I have both the 2nd and 3rd floors. I use about 25% of the 2nd floor for sleeping only. The kitchen, bath and one bedroom will be of use to the new individual. I would still like to utilize a good part of the common area wall space. It is negotiable however. The upside of this location is it is only about 100feet from the entrance to the 7-E-M and G trains. The one issue is that there are no closets so everything has to be done in relief of the walls. Wardrobes or wire shelves etc. The bedrooms and hallway are carpeted the living/kitchen area are tiled. Appliances are new. This is located in the 1 Court Square area where the Citi Bldg. is located. Now it is called something else.
