The Apartment:

TRUE 3BD, 3 bathroom apartment with furnished Kitchen and Living room. It gets plenty of light and sunshine and it's on the quiet side, away from the street-- you can hear birds chirping in the mornings!

I've lived in the Unit for 4 years and I am sad to be leaving it. It is the Ideal Roommate apartment and now certainly ideal for pandemic times as there is plenty of room in the apartment to social distance (if desired) and have complete privacy.

There is a Washer and Dryer in the Unit-- a lifesaver!

Overall-- We keep the Apartment super clean and common areas are kept cluster and mess free at ALL times.


The Room:
Very spacious with large closet space. It comes fully furnished till the end of the lease (End of February 2021).

Very friendly waterfront neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and Bars (that have adjusted to the current pandemic).

2 mins from building, literally across the street is the Water ferry, granting you easy access to Midtown, williamsburg and surrounding neighbourhoods, downtown Brooklyn and Wall Street.

The 7 Train is less than 10 min walk from the Apartment. The building offers shuttle buses to the 7 Train stop which is one stop from Grand Central.
