Hi! Hope everybody is safe and healthy in this pandemic. I?m looking for a roommate for our apartment June 1st - September 30th. One of our roommates decided to move out on/before June 1st because of personal issues. Length of stay and rent are both negotiable. The gross rent for this bedroom is $1800 per month. This lease will end on September 30th with the last month free, so your net would be around $1350. You may renew it if you want to.
Our apartment is a luxury three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, pent house unit with in-unit washer and dryer and a semi-private roof. The address of this luxury building is 2222 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City. They have a website and you may take a look and have a sense of what the rooms are like. This building has 7/24 doorman. The master bedroom and the second largest bedroom are occupied. We are both clean and responsible professionals, female, 25 and 26 years old, software engineers working at big tech companies. I have a ragdoll cat, he lives in my room and is extremely docile and would not bother you(unless you want him to :))
Any questions are highly welcome. :)I will aim to respond within an hour. Cheers!
