LIC Luxury Apt Master Bed for Rent till July 31

I am currently relocation to another city so I am looking to fill my master bedroom in a 3B2B apartment in a luxury LIC building. There are 4 other girls living in the apartment right now - the space is very big and spread out, which leaves everyone enough privacy to each other. The master bedroom has its own bathroom so no worries about sharing it with anyone else. The apt is fully furnished - I am willing to sell all furnitures with very low prices and am open to negotiation.

The building has a two-level gym, 24/7 doormen service, rooftop terrace with bbq grill and lounges that are open to all tenants. It is super convenient to commute to Manhattan with E/M/7/G train right across the street, and N/R/W train within 5min walk.

The ideal move in date will be around March 1, you will be listed as an occupant in the lease till July 31. After that, you are welcome to renew the lease as a lease holder with my roommates.

Everyone is super easy going in this apt. We throw roommate outing once in a while or do movie nights together. We have some house rules (i. e. quiet hours, guest visits, cleaning) that we wish you to follow. I've never had any issues living with the girls here and I really enjoyed living in this apartment.
