Looking for a roommate to resign my lease with in December 2019! However, the lease must be signed by 11/18/2019, otherwise I will have to give up the apartment.
Our apartment is located in a beautiful luxury building in LIC just steps away from Court Square subway station and a short ride into Midtown. You would be taking over the sunny master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. It can come furnished upon request! The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with most basic tools. We have in-unit laundry - HUGE perk. Additionally, the property has so much amenity space! There are several resident lounges, a roof terrace (my favorite), swimming pool, outdoor screen where they show movies, a hammock park, and state of the art fitness center.
