My roommate and I are looking for a tidy roomie to move into our lovely Long Island City apartment on September 1st (with the option to move in Aug 1 if needed). No age preference, but we're in our early thirties if you have a preference.

We are listing TWO room options, since one of us will be taking the room that goes unrented. He has also put up listings for these rooms!

Room 1:
Rent: $1,525
13 x 13 flex room with a private balcony and large exterior closet (photo of the room when we first moved in attached).

Room 2:
Rent: $1,650
16'-2" x 11'-0" master bedroom with private bathroom, shower and private balcony. It has two large closets.

Apartment: Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher
Building amenities: recently refurbished gym, pool, outdoor grills, 24 hour door person, 3 resident lounges, multiple elevators, self storage, bike storage, parking garage

Transit: 5 min (or less) walking to: N, W, R, 7, F, M, E
10 min walking to: G

Fluff: We have a friendly kitty named Kismet!
