Hi! Our roommate is moving out and we are looking for a replacement to move in by November 1st. Perfect timing for the summer! The room is a nice sized room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Long Island City, a block away from the Queens Plaza subway station and 5 minutes away from Queensboro Plaza. The building is a very nice, semi-luxury building with a gym, great laundry room, theater room, bike storage, game room, and meeting room in the basement, along with a nice rooftop and great security. In the apartment we share a common bathroom, living area, and kitchen, but the room will be all yours to decorate as you please. The room is $925 a month plus utilities.
About us- I am a 28 year old female who works in television and loves pop culture, while my roommate works in TV as well and has similar interests. We are looking for someone between 26 and 31, male or female (but preferably female!) who is clean and respectful, but still fun and down to have a movie night, dinner, or bar night. Please be employed and able to pay a monthly rent on time. If you think you are what we are looking for, please inquire!
