Lease minimum 6 months, possible extension or month-to-month afterwards.

Must show proof of current college enrollment (if student) and ability to pay (3 months current paystubs, 3 months current bank statements; students will be given other options as proof of ability to pay). Must have 2 or more references, 1 should not be related to you. A background check and credit check will be performed, and references will be contacted, after which a decision will be made based on results.
